DEPOSITS are REQUIRED for ALL treatments
All treatments are required to put down a deposit. You will be prompted to pay the remaining balance by cash or credit/debit card on the day of your treatment. (If using card, there is a service fee)
Please arrive on time for your scheduled treatment time.
Arriving at your treatment late may cause a shorter treatment time. This is necessary for me to stay on schedule and accommodate my next appointment. If you are at most 20mins late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be asked to reschedule. If you don’t reschedule, this will be considered a “last minute cancellation,” and you will be charged the FULL amount of your service.
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE/ NO SHOWS
While we understand scenarios arise, please give a 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations under the 48hr time frame will lose their deposit. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please understand that as your time is valuable, so is ours. Please contact me for exceptional circumstances, and we can make an alternative arrangement. No-shows will be charged the FULL amount of their service and will be BANNED from booking.
Children/ Additional guests
We respectfully request that you do not bring any children/ and or additional guests unless they are receiving a service as well. Your safety and relaxation is our main priority, so we want to be able to allow for that with no distractions or risk.
