Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time are considered late cancellations and will result in a charge of 50% of your booked service.

• No-call no-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services as it is compensation for the time originally reserved on the schedule.

•Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19.

•A no call no show results in automatic termination

•You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation/no-show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.

•Knowingly receiving any of the listed items here: BOTOX/FILLER/PDO THREADS, LASERS or any invasive procedure, and SUNBURN prior to your confirmed/ non-confirmed appointment will result in being cancelled and charged the full amount of booked service.

Late Policy

Please call/text to notify Angela in the event that you are running late.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment if the majority of your service can not be completed within the allotted time. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 100% of the missed service.

If your service is still able to be completed, your treatment time will be shortened and we will complete as much as the service possible with the time remaining.

The full price of all original booked service(s) still apply.

Children and guests at your appointment

We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a treatment as well.

Product return and exchange policy

•There are no returns or refunds for products purchased in studio or online from Angela DeSimone Aesthetics.

• Product exchanges are considered if your package arrives damaged/defected from shipping. Please email angeladesimoneaesthetics@gmail.com proof of damage with photos and video immediately upon receiving.

• Returns of ColorScience, Epicutis, PCA, ÂNFISA, or Hydrinity products purchased through separate online website links fall under the return policies of those websites as they are separate entities from Angela DeSimone Aesthetics. Those websites should be contacted in the case of receiving a damaged product or returns.

Credit card authorization and keeping cards on file

•All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times or risk any future appointments being cancelled without notice.

•Credit card payments will only be processed for missed, late, or no show appointment fees without notice.

•Failure to have an active card on file will result in cancellation of any future appointments in addition to a suspension in booking any future appointments until a new card is presented and payment is collected.
